Vacation home no. 3 consists of a combined living room/kitchen and a sleeping room on 45 qm. A balcony on the south side and a telephone completes the equipment. The flat is suitable for 4 persons.

2 persons per night: 55,- €, for each further person we request € 5,- extra charges.

Please note: By the time of this price publication all previous price publications are obsolete. At premature departure the price is calculated upon booked duration less charges for saved efforts. On demand we offer to order a travel cancellation expenses insurance until the 10th day after receiving our booking confirmation. At withdrawal from booking, the cancellation expenses which we have to charge are as follows:

• until 60 days before the commencement of the rental period: 10% of complete rental price
  
• until 30 days before the commencement of the rental period: 50% of complete rental price
• from the 29th day before the commencement of the rental period: 80% of complete rental price
