Homely vacation flats in a farm house on a quiet country side, with a great mountain view, close to lake Simssee, outlying from the street are waiting for you.

Our farm does mother-cow farming by ecological rules and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy a relaxing but also exciting vacation in the midst of farm life. Families with kids are very welcome - enjoy our lawn for sunbathing or game play, a soccer field with goal, big trampoline, barbeque area, party house and patio.

Of course you can purchase home-made products direct on the farm. You'll find many german traditional and international cuisine restaurants within walking distance or just a few minutes drive.

Excellent opportunities for hiking, excursions, and bathing on the lakes are typical for our Upper Bavarian foothills on the alps. Besides the closest lido at Ecking on lake Simssee you'll find 2 more family-friendly lidos within 2 km distance. Lake Chiemsee with its kings' castle is just 10 km, and a golf course just 2 kms away. For city tours you'll reach to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck in just 1 hour drives. The closest winter sport areas are just 20 minutes away from here.
